Didi Hutt

Ms. Hutt obtained her law degree from the University of Ottawa and began her career as a criminal defense attorney working for Legal Aid in Toronto, Canada. In that capacity Ms. Hutt represented countless accused who could not afford a lawyer from arrest through trial, obtaining thousands of plea deals and acquittals on their behalf.

Ms. Hutt now focuses her practice on plaintiff’s personal injury and civil rights litigation. She handles cases against large insurance companies, private building owners and the City of New York. Ms. Hutt aggressively advocates for her clients both in and out of court. She works to achieve the best possible results and shows great compassion for her clients.

Ms. Hutt brings a unique perspective to her practice having previously worked at an insurance defense firm. She knows exactly what the insurance companies, private building owners and the City of New York will try to do to win their case and she is prepared for it early on.
